Dead Horse Theory is a satirical metaphor that there are some people, institutions, or nations dealing with an obvious problem that was incomprehensible, but instead of admitting the truth, they simply feed on justifying it and the idea



If you find out that you are riding a dead horse, the best and simplest solution is to get off it and leave it, but the reality is actually.There are people, organizations or peoples, instead of getting off the horse, they take actions such as:

1. They come in with new saddles.

2. They bring in feed for the horse.

3. They are changing the knight he rides.

4. They isolate the employee who takes care of them and bring in a new employee to replace them.

5. They are holding meetings to discuss measures to increase horse speed.

6. Forming committees and working teams to study the dead horse and analyze the issue from all sides, the committee works for months and then raises reports and suggestions for solutions for the dead horse.

7. Eventually, the committees reach the same conclusion, known from the beginning "the horse is dead."

8. But with all effort, resources and time wasted, they grow up telling the truth, for justification, they compare the horse to dead horses like him and suggest that the horse is dead because it lacks training, and needs a training course.

9. And this course requires increasing the horse budget.

10. And finally they redefine the word "dead" to convince themselves the horse is still alive.
The lesson learned from this theory reveals how many people out there would rather remain in denial of reality and waste their time and effort on failed attempts, rather than admit the problem from the beginning and address it.
